Disappointed After diagnosis which took 30 minutes from time we dropped off to phone call about it we were told cost to fix was "one thousand eight and change" tol After diagnosis which took 30 minutes from time we dropped off to phone call about it we were told cost to fix was "one thousand eight and change" told to fix it. Had to order part wouldn't get to until next day. Called to let know done he says $1860. Well let's talk miscommunication and why so much for an oil pump. Charged 10 hrs labor on a job that should've been 5hrs per GM when it wasnt a warranty job (gm pays 3.5 hrs for a warranty replacement). They weren't even open 10 hrs on the day it was finished. The day before I cant see them spending 5 hrs on removal of old part while waiting on delivery of part. Supposedly took 550 off bill after we questioned it was still over $1400 for an oil pump replacement! Price gouging and over charging on job hours. Been going there for 10 years and bought my car brand new from them. I expect to pay a little more dealing with a dealership like this but this is ridiculous. I know many people who work there and continued going there to support their jobs but will find other options going forward. More
