The service manager didn’t have my appointment that I scheduled earlier in the week. I was attempting to get a new key cut/programmed for my truck and called him the service center the day before appoint scheduled earlier in the week. I was attempting to get a new key cut/programmed for my truck and called him the service center the day before appointment to verify they could cut my key and was told that “it was part of the process” I arrived and was told it would 25 minutes until they got me in. Over an hour later the service manager came to the waiting area to tell me they could not cut the key therefore they could not program it. Will not use this dealer again after wasting two hours of my afternoon. More

My recent experience at Fuccillo Ford, Nelliston was nothing less than exceptional. While having engine problems with my Ford Escape, I took my vehicle to another dealership who was closer to my locati nothing less than exceptional. While having engine problems with my Ford Escape, I took my vehicle to another dealership who was closer to my location. I was told it would take months for them to complete the work. So, I contacted Fuccillo Ford where I actually purchased the SUV. They requested that I bring it in for analysis. I did and a loaner vehicle was immediately provided without hesitation. Their exceptional service team diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed a replacement engine in record time. When going to pay the bill, I was told there was no charge because of an extended factory warranty on the engine. The other dealership had no idea this extended warranty existed.
