I had ordered a new Jeep before the quarantine for COVID19 started. After waiting a month, I find out that the plant was closed and I wasn't getting my car. I was planning to get my deposit back and started searching elsewhere, but after speaking with Jeff and his efforts in contacting different sources to try and get me something similar to what I had ordered, I was thrilled to give Fuccillo in Nelliston the sale. Jeff was incredible about his search for the exact vehicle I ordered or at least something close to it... calling or messaging me about the car details, texting me pics of the car and keeping me updated on exactly what was going on. I went from not getting my vehicle, to having one in my driveway within a few days!!! It was an awesome experience and I would recommend them anytime!!! Was quoted a price of $575, got there and the bill was $865. When I asked he said well let me adjust it, got it down to $691, so why was my bill that high to begin with??
