Everyone was friendly that I spoke with or encountered. I do not normally take my vehicle to this dealership, however, I had no choice, as I was stranded 150+ miles from home and this was the best option for do not normally take my vehicle to this dealership, however, I had no choice, as I was stranded 150+ miles from home and this was the best option for getting it as close to home as possible. They seemingly fixed the issue, (a battery), however upon parking my car literally right as I got home, it was apparent that the issue was not fixed. I ended up having to get my vehicle towed all over again, as the battery wasn't the issue, it was the alternator and a spool sitting over it, dripping oil onto the alternator. A little disappointed that fuccillo of nelliston did not catch this! More
