Multiple visits for low tire. Tires were put on brand new in Jan 2020. This car is only driven every once in awhile. Not an every day driver. Last visit they removed the tire from the rim and caked on so muc in Jan 2020. This car is only driven every once in awhile. Not an every day driver. Not very happy with the way the visit went. Erin is great and very prompt but the service tech that serviced my car should not have let it leave in the condition it was in. More

I wasn’t very happy I dropped my car off for a service and the full environment package they detailed the outside of my car and didn’t touch the inside of my my car that package included the outside inspe and the full environment package they detailed the outside of my car and didn’t touch the inside of my my car that package included the outside inspection along with the fabric protection how do you apply fabric protection on dirty fabric I was told they would detail the inside of my car as well they told this last time it wasn’t included they made it right after another appointment it makes me questionable on what else they’re skipping out on in service when I know all of that is included I was told by them that the detail wasn’t included and no if I have to deal with watching them I’m not recommending them when Erin brown or Matt hern ran it it was a lot better More
