After some confusion from both the dealership and factory gm, I have a resolved problem. The GM certified factory accessory is in working order for a electric brake controller. I was due for Maintenance Service and 280 miles from preferred dealer. I checked Chevy website for the nearest dealer, visited websites on the list and chose Fuccillo of Nelliston. Courteous and professional. Upon my arrival I was greeted by name by service advisor Kevin Brittell. I felt as though as I was “home”! 😊 All systems checked and approved, confidently! Social distance was in place and sanitizing evident👍🏼.While I waited I toured the lot with William, who patiently showed me the updated Tahoe. Recommendations/reminders for next service noted and I was on my way! A very pleasant and painless experience. Said I need my breaks changed to be inspected. Got home and looked at paperwork and said it was already inspected before they did the breaks. Very unhappy with the service dept. And to top it off, when I left, the word ‘PARK’ kept flashing on my dash so I had to turn around and go back!!! They took it back in. Turns out the guy that changed the break FORGOT to do some part of his job after changing my breaks! It would have been nice getting in an accident on the way home or with my 3 year old in the car.
