The service was much longer then expected for a standard vehicle service. My appointment was at 9a and I put my keys in the box outside 10 mins before they opened because the doors were locked. I filled out the envelope and did everything I was supposed to. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called at 12:30p and they said they haven’t even done anything with my car yet. They checked the box at 7:30a, meanwhile they open at 8a so I obviously wasn’t in the wrong for placing my keys in the box since the doors were locked and I couldn’t get in. My appointment was at 9a and I didn’t get a call saying I could pick my car up u til 5p. Very unhappy for wasting the whole day. More
