I all ready left a review... and I continue to get the messages to leave them another must be because I left them a bad review! So here we go again! Salesman was rude never did a walk through with the vehicle.. another salesman had to do it... when I came in to do the paper work my salesman didn’t say one word to me and handed me off to the finance advisor... the car shook and needed to be detailed when I test drove it.. when I picked it up what do you know?!?!? Car shook and was not derailed and I had to bring it back and they weren’t going to call me back til the next day when I needed my car and they had to fix the rotors and a few other things! Kevin good morning hope all is well. Just a couple of quick things. I have never, in the 24 cars I have had purchased over the years had a delivery screwed up like the one I went through this week. I was there over two hours.Had a delivery time and 45 minutes before I got a call, work needed to be done postponed 30 minutes. When I got there nothing was ready. Then wanted all electronics working they were not. I refused to do paperwork until they were, I was told the door combination was the last thing to be done never was and haven’t heard anything since. And now I get a questionnaire in reference to the quality of the whole deal, you have to be kidding! More
