The customer service was top notch, they did the service on both of my vehicles in the time they told me it would take and for a reasonable price. Sales manager Bill is xxxxxxx will never do business with you because of him. Took me walking out and text messages and phone calls to get me back. You guys couldn't go down 500 on the car. I have a 724 credit rating and you guys quoted me a 5.99 interest rate and then lowered or ro 5.25 which makes me think something fishy was going on there. Did online booking for a Nys inspection and oil change with tire rotation. They didn’t have what i was coming for in the system. My car never got inspected.
