I got a car from them in 2018 easily. Did everything over the phone as they are 2 hours away. Began getting sales calls one year in advance of my lease termination. It was covid time, so fine. No return call. Months later when I was actually ready to discuss, I couldn’t get a call back or email response until I called corporate. Did end up purchasing a used car from them as vehicles are hard to come by and I was under the gun with my lease ending.
