July 14, 2021 we were headed home to New Hampshire after 11 rainy days of camping in New York. Unexpectedly our Ford F-150 lost power going up hill on State Highway 20 outside of Cherry Valley. When GoodSam Roadside assistance contacted Fuccillo Ford in Nelliston their service department agreed to accept our truck and our 25ft Sunnybrook Travel Trailer on-site at the dealership. Upon arrival, just before closing, Steve Dibblee, Service Advisor, let us know the truck would be looked at first thing the next morning & that we could have the travel trailer parked overnight on the far side of the dealership lot. We cannot say enough about the courtesy extended to us by Steve Dibblee and the team at Fuccillo Ford. The Sales Team made arrangements for us to have a courtesy vehicle to use while our truck was laid up & clearly understood the predicament we were in. Steve and his service team did the required diagnostics Thursday morning & he let us know they would be able to do the necessary repairs & have our truck ready for us before noon time AND IT WAS. We were treated with courtesy & respect by Steve and everyone at Fuccillo Ford. This made what was an unexpected challenge on our trip home much easier to manage.
