They were great to deal with and made it very relaxing...even though buying a vehicle can be daunting. Thanks Dave and we will be back again! More

STAY AWAY FAR AWAY! What was supposed to be an exciting time turned into a nightmare. I have never been through such a confusing and frustrating time as this. Mr. Huge wo What was supposed to be an exciting time turned into a nightmare. I have never been through such a confusing and frustrating time as this. Mr. Huge would do well at his 23 stores to send in SPIES. people dressed up as the average Joe, armed with a hidden camera and microphone. and go through the whole car buying experience. right up to the point of signing the car loan. then just get up and walk out and have Mr Fuccillo review the videos. I have no other way to explain what I went through. you have to see it to believe it. from the moment you pull into the driveway, it begins. they have young, I mean young people lurking out in the parking lot to grab you as you pull in like spiders. they grab you and bring you inside, sit you down and it starts. negotiating back n forth when the person you were talking with gets up and goes back and forth to yet another person sitting behind a desk. who looks at you and gives that person yet another price. back n forth. then that person comes over and takes over the negotiations. again back n forth until yet another person comes and takes over. this continues until after about 5 salesman you finally get the manager. this makes 6 different people you end up negotiating with for 5 hours. it's crazy! but wait it has only just begun. if no deal can be made and you leave like I did. the next day you are bombarded with phone calls promising you the world if you only come back. and like the idiot that I am, I went back. negotiating begins again for yet another 5 hours. I came in with CASH, to buy a car and pay in full right on the spot. but that's not good enough for them, they want more. in order for them to give you the car at the price you want you are told that you must finance the car in order for them to get their kickback from the bank. this way they won't lose as much money because according to them they are always losing money. I gave them a certificate from true car for 6000.00 off msrp. I only got 4500.00. the next day received an additional 500.00 from true car, and when I presented it, it was thrown back in my face as if to say are you kidding me! still crying that they are losing money on this deal. at the time I did not know that they were obligated to accept these certificates, lucky for them because if I had known.... they offered me nothing on my trade in, with a Kelly blue book value of 2200.00, they first offered 500.00, then 1000.00 then nothing, did not even want it at all. now I ordered accessories for the car, which was to be included in the price as part of the deal. so all is said and done and I leave. waiting about a week for the accessories to come in. a week passes and I get no phone call, so I call, only to be told that they are busy and will call me back, again and again until finally I refuse to hang up until I speak with someone and then I get through. then I am told that my loan was denied. which they said they knew it would be denied the day I was there a week ago because of my income. yet they made me go through all that anyway and never even made a curtesy call to tell me. so when I said why didn't you tell me, I could get a co signer if I knew. boy how they all of a sudden woke up and the whole thing started again, another 5 hours and now it's going to be another week to order the parts and get the loan again and whatever. the day comes when my car is ready and it is delivered to my home. when I last saw the vehicle, it had 18mi. on it, I live 19mi. from Fuccillo's. the car arrived with 49mi. on it. what does that tell you. they continued to use it for test drives that's what it tells me! now lets get to my accessories and the so called service dept. I ordered cross bars for my roof rack, they put them on backwards, uneven, and with parts missing. my valve stem caps, were smashed with what looks like a hammer or something, yet they put them on anyway. the other parts were thrown in the trunk and not even put on. along with some other parts which I have yet to find out where they came from or where they were on the vehicle. and why they are now in my trunk. there is also now a hole torn in the leather on my backseat. I was told they washed and detailed the car. it had tire shine sprayed all over the wheel well trim and on the paint, everywhere except on the tires! I pointed out to the salesman the sticky residue on all four doors that was left over from some sticker that was on the car from the factory, and was told not to worry that it would be washed off when they "detail" the car. well guess what. I do not believe the car was even washed at all, because you know who washed off the sticky residue, me that's who. I would not trust this place to do anything to my car ever again. I will go elsewhere for service and maintenance you can be sure of that. now I must say, it's not just this dealership but the whole business of car dealerships and it's salesmen. it needs to be regulated by the government. it's way out of control. I understand they are a business and the name of the game is to make money. I don't begrudge them that. but there should be a limit. these dealerships are making money hand over fist on every single car they sell. kickbacks galore, from the banks and the mfg's. from the sale from the trade in, from places like true car who sent me there. they even tack on interest points on your car loan! but you already know all this, it's nothing new, it's standard procedure, but it's a crying shame. I long for the day when you can buy a car online and cut out these dealerships all together. just use them as pickup points period. when I asked to see their invoice from jeep, I was told first there wasn't one, then I was given one, but it did not have the jeep or Chrysler or fiat or whatever letterhead, it had Fuccillo's letterhead, the one they use to show dummy's in case they ask for it who don't know any better. I still have it, want to see? then when I asked to see the buy back from the bank, to see what interest rate I really was given, boy did the **** hit the fan then. I was laughed at, yelled at, called cynical and threatened that they don't have to sell me the car if they don't want to. because again they are losing money and hoped that I wouldn't buy the car, because they goofed on selling it to me at that price. I should have walked out right then and there, but I had gone to far and was too upset to let them win, I was on this rollercoaster ride until the end now no matter what. it seems they don't like well informed people to challenge them. all I can say is thank god for the internet. one other thing, why is it when you purchase a piece of furniture it comes in three different languages, but when you have to sign a legal document your forced to take their word for what it is your signing. do people have to bring a lawyer with them just to buy a car? there should be another document written in lay mans terms, so one knows that they are not signing their life away! but no, you must take the word of who, a salesman, the same guy who promised you the world just to make a sale and then does not deliver. god help us all! Mr. Fuccillo, I hope you get to read this but I doubt it. please, you seem like a cool guy, take my advice and try my suggestion above, you'd be surprised. for your own good and ours. all I know is if I were you, i'd fire them all and get "REAL" ol fashioned salesmen like the good ol days, when you walked into a dealership and did business with one guy from the start to the finish and ended with a handshake. forget these young guns who spend more time looking at their cell phones instead of looking you in the eye! I don't want to spend my hard earned money talking with someone who is old enough to be my kid! $30,000 may not sound like a lot to you, but to me, it's all I have. i wish you only the best, but it's time to clean house if you ask me. so there you have it. that's all i have to say about that!
