Jose n Bill great...HUGE issue with service I unfortunately just leased a jeep n only had it on the road for 1 month and it needed major work.... I was unable to drive my brand new jeep for 3 we I unfortunately just leased a jeep n only had it on the road for 1 month and it needed major work.... I was unable to drive my brand new jeep for 3 weeks!!! My salesman ,Jose was wonderful!!! I felt very comfortable with him. Bill from service was also great ... Katherine very pleasant in service However.... my understanding for delay was the part needed was back ordered ... then I was told the part was in on 8/29 but could not be fixed because 3 mechanics quit!!! This is a HUGE red flag to the customer... More

2017 Chrysler Pacifica service and recall work We had just returned from a 44 day 10,000 mile vacation pulling our camper for 7,200 mile of that. Found an email about a recall on the van and wante We had just returned from a 44 day 10,000 mile vacation pulling our camper for 7,200 mile of that. Found an email about a recall on the van and wanted to change the oil after such a hard workout of the van. They did the recall and then the oil change. I barley had time to walk around and talk to people that work at the dealership and walk around the to see what was new on the lot. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. Considering that the engine requires the use of synthetic oil the price is very reasonable. That engine is awesome so the synthetic oil is a great thing! More
