Oil change with a Smile! Everything about my service was terrific, I would have gave 5 stars if the customer waiting area was not freezing when I arrived. Wait time was unacceptable, I had. 9:00 am oil change appointment,my husband was there at 8:30. He waited 2 hours for oil change and to have a rear washer fluid nozzle replaced. I’ve always purchased vehicles from you and recently have my oil changes done there but I really don’t think that is going to happen any,ore. Very disappointed with the service. There wasn’t an apology for the long wait time or explanation of why the wait time was so long. More
