This time was a lot better. I called in to make an appointment for Saturday for an oil change because I got the package deal and 1 is still owed to me. He then said any time is good,, then I replied back how about in an hr , he said ok ,was very surprised. The last time I called during the winter, I asked to make an appointment for the following Saturday to buy 4 tires with oil change, the response I get back was we are 2 weeks out for an appointment, so I end up going somewhere else to purchase my tires and a oil change. Not sure if I will go back or not, I guess it really depends who is taking the calls or maybe how busy they are, but 2 weeks is a little too far out in my opinion. More

Alright experience Friendly was greeted as soon as I walked in. Went right out for test drive got paperwork started. Then waited vehicle wasn't ready had yet to be clean Friendly was greeted as soon as I walked in. Went right out for test drive got paperwork started. Then waited vehicle wasn't ready had yet to be cleaned and detailed. Had to drive it to reset computer so it would pass inspection. Was a little disappointed didn't even fill the gas tank only half a tank. I had to stop on my way home to get gas. People were very nice but overall spent 6 and a half hours at the dealership. More
