All around great customer experience I had an appointment for 4PM. They took me right in and completed the work in a professional manner. AWFUL I SAT FOR SIX HOURS THE CAR I TEST DROVE WAS ON THE LOT WITH A STICKER AND NEVER CLEANED ON THE INSIDE ...DRIPPINGS DOWN THE BACK PASSENGER SEAT AS WE I SAT FOR SIX HOURS THE CAR I TEST DROVE WAS ON THE LOT WITH A STICKER AND NEVER CLEANED ON THE INSIDE ...DRIPPINGS DOWN THE BACK PASSENGER SEAT AS WELL AS A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES IN THE EYEGLASS HOLDER . THE ODOR WAS SO BAD THE SALESMAN HAD TO OPEN THE WINDOW ON THE TEST DRIVE ...WHEN I ASKED IF THEY WERE GOING TO CLEAN IT THEY SAID "ONLY IF YOU BUY IT " NEVER EVER AGAIN TOTALLY DISGUSTING !! More
