My experience with Fucillo This is my third car purchased at Fucillo Amsterdam and I'm very satisfied..My only problem was not completing the process of insuring my vehicle. Worst Service Experience Ever I had made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and an airbag recall. I was told my service would take about an hour and a half. I dro I had made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and an airbag recall. I was told my service would take about an hour and a half. I dropped my vehicle off 15 min early and had arrange a friend to pick me up and bring me back. After 2 and half hours, nobody had called me to let me know the status of the service. I decided to return to the dealer to find out that my vehicles service wasn't even started! I wasted about 4 hours total between driving to and from dealership and waiting. I had reached out to the service manager and his immediate response was, "We'll get you in right away" Unfortunately after wasting my Saturday morning, I had plans for the afternoon and couldn't wait any longer for this routine service. The manager told me he would reach out to me on Monday to "Take of me", but it is now Tuesday and I have not heard back yet. After being a customer for more than 10 years, this debacle of a service appointment will be the last. More
