Lack of Communication I had an appointment for my service for many weeks. I came in, dropped the car, and waited in the lobby. I expected it to be a big job and to take about two hours. 3 hours went by before anyone came out to tell me how it was going. The service tech said he had two guys on my job and they were almost done. About an hour later the girl from the desk came out and asked how I would feel about a loaner for the night. I explained we were leaving town and expected to use my car with the trailer hitch that was being installed. She said their air compressor hadn't been working and they couldn't get anything done while it was down. I was confused because no one had said anything to me about this in the 4 hours I had waited and several people had been in and out with their cars. After a "What are we going to do?" phone call to my husband, I agreed to take the loaner. I was walked to my car to get anything I might need and it looked like the job had just been started. I was told the job might be finished that night and they would call me to pick up the car either later that evening, if not, in the morning. I didn't get a call until 5pm the next day. In the meanwhile, the loaner car they gave me reaked of cigarettes. I was told I could use that car for my trip, but I couldn't stand the smell, nevermind it didn't have a hitch, which we needed. We took my husband's gas guzzler instead. Overall, if the service team had just been honest with me about how long the job was going to take and checked in at somepoiny with an honest time estimate (not we're almost done), I would have been much happier. Process took way too long Sales person was great and very helpful but the entire process took far too long. We were told they would match the interest rate and after 5hours of waiting we were notified the interest rate was almost 1% higher than what we were told. More
Does not follow up/unresponsive to customer requests On a Wednesday, service dept fixed one problem and found another (cracked Flex pipe) - Lance indicated they could not fix at that time b/c it required On a Wednesday, service dept fixed one problem and found another (cracked Flex pipe) - Lance indicated they could not fix at that time b/c it required a part. I requested they contact me ASAP to schedule the repair. I followed up with phone call to service dept the next day, Lance was busy with a customer and Kathryn told me he would call me back - I told her I really want to schedule the repair of my flex pipe b/c it was very loud so to please call me back - Lance did not call back that day or the next. Still have not heard from them (it's now Tuesday). I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed (they fixed it the day I called). The sound of my exhaust due to this crack was obnoxious, louder than those cars/motorcycles that pay to have their vehicle exhausts loud - could not even hear the radio as I was driving down the road and could feel the vibrations through the floorboard and seats. As far Fucillo Service Dept knows - I am still driving around with a hole in my exhaust system - unacceptable. More

No one ever came out to the waiting area to explain the delay, had to inquire myself. If I was told service would take this long I would have either left the car or asked for a car to be able to run errands. I nearly had to cancel an appointment scheduled 5 1/2hours after this one because the service was taking so long. More
