Great service I was on a long-distance trip when the alternator broke down. I called a few Chrysler service centers and this is the one that would take me on the s I was on a long-distance trip when the alternator broke down. I called a few Chrysler service centers and this is the one that would take me on the same day. The service adviser(I wish I had asked his name) and technician identified the issues quickly and the broken parts were replaced and I was on my way again much sooner than I expected. Very friendly So I had a recall on my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 software update. I called the service depot at fuscillo in Amsterdam made appointment . The gentleman I s So I had a recall on my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 software update. I called the service depot at fuscillo in Amsterdam made appointment . The gentleman I spoke was very friendly . So I went to my appointment the young lady working said wouldn’t take very long to do update on my truck. 20 minutes tops. They offered my wife and I coffee while we waited and she was right 20 mins later truck was done and we were on our way. I plan on bringing my truck back to have the service work oil changes etc .
