Great Experience My Jeep wrangler was giving me a really hard time figuring out why my check engine light wouldn't go off! I was referred to this Fucillo by the mechan My Jeep wrangler was giving me a really hard time figuring out why my check engine light wouldn't go off! I was referred to this Fucillo by the mechanic that does my oil changes and annual inspections. On my way home from work I was driving by and thought I'll just pop in and make and try to make an appointment since I'm right here. I walked right into the service department and was greeted by Kathryn with a big smile! I explained my Jeep was giving me trouble and I would need a diagnoses and then need it fixed. I stopped in on Thursday, and Kathryn had me scheduled for first thing Monday morning! She texted me images to show me exactly what was wrong with my Jeep, she gave me an estimate on the high and low end so that I was prepared, and she kept me up to date on when the parts would arrive and when she thought it would be ready. My jeep was ready to go by Tuesday afternoon AND Kathryn even drove it and tested it herself to ensure it was safe!! The quaility of customer service and their mechanics is absolutely wonderful and now I have a mechanic I can rely on! Thanks to EVERYONE at Amsterdam, NY Fucillo!!! More
