Exceptional Service We were enroute Philadelphia to Speculator, NY, when an issue developed with our Dodge Ram, at 5:05pm on August 29. Lance Hopkins, alone in the department just after hours, stepped up to help. Professional, understanding and eager to assist, he road tested the vehicle, confirmed the problem and committed to solve it the next morning. Our timeline was critical. It was Labor Day weekend. We were traveling in two vehicles, our suv and the truck, getting our son to college that weekend, no time to spare. Lance performed exactly as promised. didn't bother to check the oil fluid level after oil change I obtained a 2 yr. / 3 services oil change package which is for 5 qt.'s of oil per change & any additional oil may be charged for. My 5.7 L. Hemi has I obtained a 2 yr. / 3 services oil change package which is for 5 qt.'s of oil per change & any additional oil may be charged for. My 5.7 L. Hemi has a capacity of approx. 7 qt.'s. 2 days after having the oil changed I was leaving to drive back to New Mexico & decided to check my fluid levels before leaving. The oil dipstick had no oil residue in the "good" area so I added a qt. which brought the level into the good range. I then bought a 5 qt. container to take on my trip not knowing if the low oil level was an oversight by the Fuccillo mechanic or an actual mechanical problem. I did not note any oil leakage underneath my vehicle so I figured this was probably an oversight, which is what it turned out to be since checking the oil level when I got back to New Mexico it was still in the dipstick's good range. If I hadn't checked before my 2,500 mile drive I may have had issues related to the low oil volume in my engine. A simple oil level dipstick reading by the mechanic would have remedied this situation. More

Great Service! I started hearing clunking in my car and freaked. I called to see if I could bring my Compass up to them and he said absolutely, bring it right up.
