What a nightmare!! Ryan was nice as a salesman and good but that's the only positive. We purchased a $30,000 4 cylindar Fiat nightmare Jeep Cherokee Latitude. It had all Ryan was nice as a salesman and good but that's the only positive. We purchased a $30,000 4 cylindar Fiat nightmare Jeep Cherokee Latitude. It had all the features we wanted except sunroof. My husband and I owned Jeeps before and never had an issue. This is basically a crappy 4 banger cheap Fiat engine in a Jeep body. DON'T buy this one. One month after buying it, we noticed it burned off quite a bit of oil and after not even 2k miles, it was down two quarts and sucks up gas worse than our V 8 truck! We were told we have to do oil consumption test at every 500 miles because these cars were make with "cheap piston rings" as we were told. 10 months later, SAME issue and going for more tests...10 MONTHS later. No real resolution. Now told yesterday, it qualifies to be repaired but service guy is at Nelliston because he didn't want to work in Amsterdam anymore. Call Nelliston and they say it doesn't qualify to be fixed. So, my husband is going back and forth with Amsterdam and Nelliston service depts. And being told, "we don't know if you can get a loaner" when we both work 60+ hours a week. Already filed complaint with BBB and am looking into a lemon law lawyer. No resolution after 10 months. They say a lady with a Renegade has same issue. They are just letting the miles tick on until warranty is up. I know the game and it'll go to court before I let it hit 36,000 miles. The solution we were offered was to buy another vehicle and finance ANOTHER vehicle with an already $30,000 upside down and it isn't worth crap due to oil issues. We ALREADY purchased a new vehicle!! Chrysler and Fuccillo don't stand by the crap they sell. Chrysler has gone downhill since merging with Fiat. They also are known to not fill up the AC all the way and take various shortcuts. I've been told these vehicles have run out of oil and seized up! And then they just tow and finally fix. Real safe for the money. Nightmare and joke. You'll just get the run around until the miles run out the warranty More

While waiting I talked with the sales team and went from curiosity to excitement to purchase of a new vehicle. They gave me a fair price for my trade (even broken down as it was) and made the whole process easy. More

Negligent response, negligent service My Jeep Wrangler (which was purchased brand new with 0 miles), started having issues with popping out of reverse within the first two months of owners My Jeep Wrangler (which was purchased brand new with 0 miles), started having issues with popping out of reverse within the first two months of ownership. I brought it in for it’s first oil change and told the service center that I’d like it looked at for that issue as well. I was promptly informed by the service center staff that this was a “common issue” amongst manual Jeep wranglers not to worry but they’d document it. Another oil change came and went and the popping out of gear became more frequent so I told service center staff this, they claimed it wasn’t replicating the issue while it was there and was again told not to worry. This continued for another year or so and then it started popping out of 4th gear while driving. and the problem remained consistent with reverse. So I finally called the service center and tell them the Jeep has to be looked at, it’s now a safety issue popping out of gear at 50 miles and hour with kids in the car. I was in Ft Jackson, SC at basic training and my husband was here in NY with our kids and we only have one car so we needed a loaner. For three months I called (now having been relocated to Ft Benning in GA for Officer Candidate school for the Army), my husband called, and no one ever called us back aside from one call back from our assigned service rep, Lance, to continue telling us to call back that “for sure” there would be a loaner coming up available soon. Finally after three months and a near serious accident later, a loaner became available and my husband was able to drop off our Jeep at Fuccillo Amsterdam to be looked at, Lance stated that Fuccillo would call to let us know what was going on. Oh and the loaner we wait d three months for was given to my husband with a half tank of gas and the low tire pressure light on. A week and a half went by and we heard nothing, so my husband called and was told they hadn’t been able to start on the Jeep because hey we’re backed up but they would call us that Friday to let us know progress. Friday came and went and as usual no one called us. Finally the following Tuesday, the day I graduated from Officer Candidiate school (now marking 5 plus months that I’ve been gone and my husband has been dealing with Fuccillo on his own trying to get my Jeep fixed), we got a call that the Amsterdam service center is still so backed up that they are going to be taking my Jeep to another Fuccillo dealership for service and we’ll be working with yet another service rep. Still haven’t actually heard from the new rep and it is now Friday. The service center in Amsterdam is negligent at best, first telling me that a Jeep popping out of gear is “common” (I may be a woman but I was not born yesterday), continuously telling us they’d call us back, only ever calling once in three months, and now that they have the Jeep to fix it is going to take another substantial period to get it fixed. This has hands down been the worst experience with a dealership my husband and I have ever had. Throughout all of this I have been away at training for the Army, my husband has been having to go away to training for the Army and trying to maintain transportation for our kids and working full time. Fuccillo is unhelpful and fairly useless in trying to offer any service support to its customers especially when we are in a crucial situation needing a safe, reliable vehicle. More
