Recent Saturn Service During a recent NY State inspection, the mechanic (Troy) noticed a few serious problems that I was unaware of on my Saturn. The dealership not only was able to get all of the replacement parts, but had them delivered in less than a week. Troy did a fantastic job fixing my car and getting it back to me in two days. I have always been skeptical about buying a vehicle from a Fuccillo dealership. I actually stumbled upon Fuccillo of Amsterdam through my bank’s car buying app. Lindsay Z., the Internet Sales Manager reach a Fuccillo dealership. I actually stumbled upon Fuccillo of Amsterdam through my bank’s car buying app. Lindsay Z., the Internet Sales Manager reaches out to me electronically via text message with a no pressure approach. She was wonderful and found me the vehicle I wanted. Due to “NY on Pause”, everything was done electronically. Fuccillo was able to get me a better loan rate than my bank! Lindsay kept me in the loop through the whole process. All online via email and text message! When I went in for delivery, Jackie took the keys to my trade, changed over the plates and insurance while I signed paperwork, and helped me schedule my first oil change. The finance manager, and General Manager were attentive, kind, and answered any questions I had! This has been my best car buying experience yet.
