I've been looking to buy a jeep asap and have had nothing but problems getting information from this dealer. In some cases it has literally taken over a week for a simple answer from them. I couldn't recomm but problems getting information from this dealer. In some cases it has literally taken over a week for a simple answer from them. The service advisor was dishonest regarding the repair work needed in my car. The diagnostic showed nothing wrong with my vehicle. He later told me cost 3 to 4K. He advised me “get rid of it” this was work needed in my car. The diagnostic showed nothing wrong with my vehicle. He later told me cost 3 to 4K. He advised me “get rid of it” this was after he learned I was interested in a new car. I took the car to another Chrysler dealership. They said it only needed sensors. There is only 53K miles on it. I showed him what the Fucillo advisor told me. He said no. This was a coordinated scam to have me purchase a new car. I did but from the other Chrysler dealer. More
The service department is very friendly, courteous and efficient. They have always completed the scheduled maintenance in a timely manner. Jose, our salesman was awesome. The issue we had was the time it took to get to contract completion. We waited for finance manager even though we had an appointment and no other customers were in the store time it took to get to contract completion. We waited for finance manager even though we had an appointment and no other customers were in the store. Then, it was supposed to take 20 minutes to complete the contract , but instead it took 1 hour and 40 minutes because they could not get the DMR from the other dealership to complete the transaction. This should have been complete prior to our arrival. Everyone involved was very courteous, however, the length of time it took was not a good customer experience. More
