I normally take all my cars to my trusted local mechanic... Recently I bought a Jeep Renegade and several of my friends suggested that the servie department at fuccillo Jeep in Amsterdam was outsta mechanic... Recently I bought a Jeep Renegade and several of my friends suggested that the servie department at fuccillo Jeep in Amsterdam was outstanding and that I should give them a shot. When the check engine light came on I thought I would take advantage of the opportunity and try them out. Jess booked my appointment the night before (She was very nice). The next morning a young man named Nivek greeted me when i walked into the the office with a warm greeting and a big smile... When I gave him a list of items to be checked out, he immediately took me to the car me and showed me how to make the adjustments myself in order to fix the no guidelines on my rear view camera (No Charge) .. He then offered to have one of the mechanics drive me home so that I wouldn't have to wait in the waiting room... a few hours later I received a video from Dillon explaining what they had uncovered and a call from Nivek explaining my options and asking me how I wanted to proceed... When they were all done with the Jeep, I was getting ready to call a taxi to bring me back, but Nivek wouldn't hear of it... within 15mins there was a fuccillo van at my door to bring me back to the dealership... (The Driver was great... we were laughing and talking all the way to the dealership) My Jeep was waiting for me repaired and running well. :). I highly recommend Fuccillos Service department especially Nivek, Dillon and the team that serviced my car, I will continue to use them in the future! Eddie B. 12/1/2020 More
