I had sent Ed a text telling him exactly what I was looking for and our price range. By the time we got there he had a vehicle waiting for us. It was precisely what I wanted. The price was higher than what I could pay so I gave Ed a challenge to bring the payment within my reach. He did not disappointing was able to get the price within my range. Fuccillos understand the importance of family! My husband and I took his truck in for an inspection and to be repaired. While he dropped off the truck I met a very pleasant young man, Bud Smith, who asked if he could help me with anything. I said I was just dropping off a vehicle. I told him in the spring ( when we get back from Florida) we were going to need a new truck. He asked me a few questions about what my husband was looking for and I told him. We had checked the website prior to driving to Fuccillo's and saw nothing he was interested in. Bud said he had one truck that matched that description across the road and would we like to look at it. We did and it was love at first sight! Exactly what he had been looking for! We purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. The best part of this story is how well we were treated by our salesman and the entire Fuccillo staff. While filling out the paperwork, I received a call from my mom's nursing home that she had taken a turn for the worse and was on her way to the hospital. We had already turned over our truck and the new truck was not ready. I was stranded in Adams, NY while my mom was on her way to St. Joseph's hospital in Syracuse. The Staff handed us the keys to a beautiful Jeep Cherokee so we could get to the hospital ASAP! This is why we keep coming back to Fuccillos. We have bought several vehicles here. You can't bet the price and the entire staff from sales to service are amazing! More
