I was so pleased with his character I went back the next year and got a new one! He was helpful and knowledgeable, he remembered me and he remembered my Mother who was in there earlier in the day. Absolutely LOVE that he took the time and helped me go through everything, as well as remembering us and making sure we were satisfied with our purchase.
