Terrible. I'm a long time GM employee who has purchased scores of vehicles from numerous dealerships, and always had a good experience. This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. They have deceptive business practices, they will lie to your face and they also made unauthorized charges to my credit card. I will be taking legal action if my account is not credited soon. If you value your time and money stay far away from this place. They are the poster child of why manufacturers are going away from the dealership model. Dealerships that do business like this will be dinosaurs in the near future. More

This dealership has a value your trade option on their website like most do nowadays. When you click on it, it takes you to KBB to get you trade value. Then they offered me 4,900 less than what KBB said m website like most do nowadays. When you click on it, it takes you to KBB to get you trade value. Minor issues but received great service. Had a minor issue during the cold spell which I had truck taken in to review. Team at Wally Edgar. checked on open recalls--fixed, checked past work Had a minor issue during the cold spell which I had truck taken in to review. Took care of minor issue and found some other minor items and Added air in tires as they lost some pressure in the cold. Marc called me 4 times to give me an update to make sure I knew how it was going and when I would get my car back. Marc even gave me the option as all items were not complete but said I could pick & schedule another day to bring back or it would be another day to completely fix. Overall very happy with the team I worked with on this visit. More
