My daughter and I had searched for about 3 months in our area for a used car for her, and were getting nowhere. We needed to get one before the weather changed and I was toying with the idea of trading in m area for a used car for her, and were getting nowhere. We had only just moved to Ohio within the last 3 years and didn't know many places, and my dad recommended Wally Armour to us, so we drove up just to look around after seeing a few we liked on line. Kody Dewitt was our salesman and he was very patient as we tried out the cars we initially came up to look at and didn't like and ones we saw and thought we liked then didn't. It was getting late, yet at the last minute my daughter saw one and we really liked it, AND there was one next to it exactly like it for me. So we bought both of them , and Kody did all of the paper work for us that evening. We picked up our cars the next day, shiny and smelling clean. He even had a vase of flowers in each car for us and took our pictures with our cars. At Christmas he sent us a card and candy, and updated us on the arrival of his baby. After browsing through the web-site I found the car I had been looking for not but 35 miles from home, We exchanged several e -mails and phone calls.I explained what i wanted and where i needed to be, he asked me to give him 15 minutes to call me back( so he could talk it over with the sales manager) . Within 10 minutes he called me back and he had me pre approved for financing at the payment I needed, When I arrived at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio the Chrysler 300 C Hemi of my dreams was out front ready for my test drive. Jason & Wally were ther to greet me. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Oh yeah When i arrived at 9:30 PM ==they had stayed late just for me > I never felt pressured or like they were rushing me at all , Within an hour i had done my test drive ,financing they even called my insurance company for me and I had the KEYS TO MY DREAM RIDE on my way home.... I recently had the pleasure of meeting Kody. My son, Conor and I were looking for an inexpensive vehicle he could use to commute to his new job and for coaching HS football. We had been frustrated looking in the Akron/Cleveland area by dealers who misrepresented vehicles and wasted our time with bait and switch tactics. So when we saw an interesting car on their website, we came down to Alliance from Hudson, a 40 mile ride. We were not disappointed. I would just like to say that Wally Armour should be proud to have such an upstanding salesman on its staff. In my experience buying 25 - 30 vehicles in the last 40 odd years, Kody is the best sales person I have encountered. His straight forward approach, easy going demeanor and detailed follow up make a rare combination. The guy commits and delivers results. Having lead the sales and marketing teams of some good sized companies including Genie Garage Door Openers, I would hire him in a minute. Come December I will be looking for a couple of cars and will strongly consider the dealership. I will also recommend Kody to any friends and associates who need vehicles. More
