Chrysler 200 heater quit working. New to area and this dealership was recommended. Problem with car ended up being extensive. Brent called us prior to work being started to let us know what was exactly dealership was recommended. Problem with car ended up being extensive. It took longer than they thought for parts to come in but he called us frequently to keep us advised and then let us know immediately when car was finished. Brent was always very friendly and informative when we spoke with him. All parts and labor were covered under warranty. We also had the oil changed while it was there. Extremely shocked when we picked car up to find out they had swept interior and washed windows. We have always dealt with a longstanding dealership in Indiana but the friendliness and service at Wally Armour is far superior. We will be purchasing our vehicles in the future here and will recommend this dealership. More

Tim Powell, Al Armour and Brent Campbell all followed up with me after my initial phone call with short, non-pressuring emails to understand what I was looking for and sent pictures of items on the lot. 3. The lot was organized in a way that I found it easy to find what I was looking for. 4. I was pressed for time so I had to leave, but Brent Campbell was very understanding and orchestrated a follow up visit that took no more than a 1/2 hour to complete the paperwork. Overall, I believe in buying locally when I can and I appreciate no pressure and no haggling as I do this all day at work. I love my new Jeep and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my colleagues and other employers that I know who do fleets for their sales force. More
