I went in looking to get on the buckeye financial setup when they ran my credit and knew what i had for a down payment, they moved to a conventional loan through a highly respected bank, got me a lower per when they ran my credit and knew what i had for a down payment, they moved to a conventional loan through a highly respected bank, got me a lower percentage rate and put me in a 4 year newer truck for about what the other option was. The guys that i dealt with were very friendly yet very business like. They explained some options and good advice that lead me to the decision that i made. The salesman even took time off his busy schedule to drive my vehicle home for me as i was alone with nobody to drive the other home for me. I and my family have purchased vehicles here before but this time they seemed to go over the top to help me. More

A.J. Armour was very patient and worked thru various different deals involving different cars and I got the one that was best for me. That included price and options that I wanted. I went to look at a different deals involving different cars and I got the one that was best for me. That included price and options that I wanted. I went to look at a used SUV and ended up with a 2014 Chrysler 200 for less money. WIN-WIN This is the third car I've purchased from them and never had a problem. A. J. I spoke with Brad when I initially made my appointment for a routine oil change and explained I also needed to have my tire pressure light checked for resetting. After I gave my mileage, Brad informed me for a routine oil change and explained I also needed to have my tire pressure light checked for resetting. After I gave my mileage, Brad informed me I was also due for tire rotation, so I was not surprised when I took my car in for service. He was also very accommodating in getting my vehicle in as soon as possible and assuring me the service would be completed in time for me to get to work on time. When I took my vehicle in, Brad was very professional and courteous. After his initial inspection, he recommended I also have my tires balanced and aligned, showing me the wear on my front tires and explaining to me the reason for it. He told me I did not need new tires, that there was plenty of tread left, but the balance and alignment would ensure better performance and be much more cost effective. I really felt he was looking out for my best interest and not trying to take advantage of the situation. He also took the time to inform me when was the best time to have routine service done to prevent future problems. Brad made sure I was given any discounts available and I felt I was given quality service at a fair price. More

It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I bought a car from Wally Armour 8 years ago and I had amazing service and due to an accident I needed a car and I needed it fast, so back to Wa had. I have never appreciated a better car purchasing experience in my years of buying. I worked with Steve McConnell, told him what I could do, and what I needed. He worked within those parameters the experience in my years of buying. I worked with Steve McConnell, told him what I could do, and what I needed. He worked within those parameters the entire time and never wavered outside of them. That, I really appreciated because it made everything honest and straight-forward. He didn't try to sell me things I told him I couldn't afford and this greatly enhanced my trust in him and the process. That showed me a great deal of respect and consequently we worked out a great deal. He was quick to respond to questions, and I asked a lot, and he was honest and knowledgeable.
