We allow everyone who wants a vehicle inspected by a technician of there choice ample opportunity, as was offered in this case. In fact vehicles with well over 100000 miles and well outside of the manufacturers warranty that we offer "as is" we strongly encourage people to have the vehicle inspected by a third party. We go one step further and allow everyone a 48 hour full refund satisfaction guarantee, not an exchange policy that many dealers offer. If for any reason you do not like the vehicle, think you paid to much, think that the vehicle was misrepresented, or simply changed your mind, just bring it back for a complete refund no questions asked. This gentleman, a police officer, initially agreed to bring the vehicle back because I would not conform to his requests. After several days he would not return the vehicle. I had to report the vehicle stolen in order to get my vehicle back. The moral of the story is our 48 hour money back guarantee goes both ways. Do not reward a car dealership with your hard earned money if you think you've been misrepresented.

I really don’t know how to reply? Your initial review was a positive 5 star review everyone was happy, a month later your review changed to bad tirers. Bill said you had both talked about your local tire place wanting to sell you some tires because they recommended you get new.
