Great service department, excellent dealership I was returning after buying a new Ram 1500 to have a trailer brake installed. They have a very friendly staff, Brian Dudley, my salesperson, set up my appointment with Brad McCullough in service. When I checked in I was given a wait time and they actually finished 10 minutes early. This is a good dealership with good follow through on their commitments. I highly recommend purchasing a car/truck here and their service department is excellent. When I bought my truck I had visited three other dealerships and I got my best deal here. Wally Armour is 45 miles from my home and the savings was worth the drive. Another Chrysler dealership was less than honest with my trades, I got a much better deal here. It was also a pleasure to meet Al Armour during my negotiations. More
