After calling in and talking with Brent Campbell, he made me feel comfortable about working with Wally Armour and answered all of my initial questions. When I arrived at the facility, I was promptly greeted by Bill Powell. Since Brent was with another customer at that time, Bill kindly showed me the Altitude and Limited models of the Grand Cherokee. He thoroughly explained both vehicles and their differences in great detail. The test drive experience with Bill was also great! I chose to purchase the Altitude because I love the black trim and the overall look and feel of the vehicle. When I came back two days later to purchase the vehicle, I was able to work with Brent. Brent was very helpful and attended to me as quickly as he could. The financing/paperwork process was very quick, easy and painless. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. I did not feel like I was getting "tricked" into anything as I have felt with other dealerships in the past. After it was all said and done, Brent answered any final questions, gave me a refresher on the features of the vehicle, and took my picture with my brand new Jeep! He even said he would call me in 2 days to see how everything is going with my new purchase! Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram in the area!! Great job, guys! More
