I'd Do It Again I've never bought a vehicle new off of a car lot so it was way more tedious then i expected, but I still enjoyed the experience. Josh was with me thro I've never bought a vehicle new off of a car lot so it was way more tedious then i expected, but I still enjoyed the experience. Josh was with me through everything from; searching for a local vehicle to ordering the one I purchased, inspecting it with me and explaining to me how all of the bells and whistles worked. From my down payment up to the point he showed me how to bluetooth my phone to the radio I had a ball. I was even more excited when their finance department managed to get me a better rate then my bank had offered me. I'm loving the Durango. I would choose to buy a vehicle from Wally Armour over using the "self checkout" at WalMart any day. More

Great buying experience I leased a new 200 in April from Wally Armour. I had a great experience dealing with Shayna. 9 days after getting the 200, it was rear-ended and total I leased a new 200 in April from Wally Armour. After everything was settled I returned and leased a new Cherokee Trail Hawk and again, Shayna provided excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to get another vehicle through them. More

The easiest car buying experience we've ever had! Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Wally Armour. We went to another dealership looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and were very disappointed in t Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Wally Armour. We went to another dealership looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and were very disappointed in the service we received. After leaving that dealership, we decided to take a drive to Wally Armour. Zach Crewson met with us and we explained that we saw a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler on the website and wanted to look at it. Zach was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were shocked we were able to purchase a brand NEW Wrangler for LESS than the other dealer was willing to sell a used one! Everyone at Wally Armour was so friendly and helpful during the entire process, especially since we kept them after hours to finish all the paperwork. Zach even called today (2 days after the purchase) to see if we had any additional questions and to see how we liked the Jeep. We can't say enough wonderful things about this car dealership. We will definitely recommend Wally Armour to all our friends and family. It was so refreshing not to deal with gimmicks and haggling over pricing...and absolutely NO pressure to purchase the vehicle. We have never experienced such wonderful customer service when buying a vehicle. Thanks again Zach for all your help! More

The experience we had years ago compared to today was still the most pleasant and stress-free as it was back then. They worked with us to get what we wanted in a car. Everything, every detail was explained to us. Every question we had was answered in the greatest detail. I've recommended several people to Wally Armour's and they have all been satisfied customers and had great things to say about the dealership. Everyone was so pleasant, kind and courteous to work with and all that we dealt with were very knowledgeable and efficient. Horrible Service Department The vehicle I purchased required repairs on several occasions that I paid for yet were never completed in years past. On the final occasion, they forg The vehicle I purchased required repairs on several occasions that I paid for yet were never completed in years past. On the final occasion, they forgot about my car the entire month of June, knowing the top was leaking per stated by me, which was one repair I had requested. Again. Because it wasn't fixed the last two times I took it in though I paid for it, and was documented on the invoice. The car wasn't entirely repaired when I went to get it and several other things went wrong. Wally B did offer to replace things that were not the dealerships fault, though they failed to notice the amount of flooding inside and the amplifier being submerged in water wasn't made note of, but I was quite uncomfortable with the service department doing any further work to my vehicle. The inside of my vehicle was left disassembled when I picked it up. The service manager was putting my door panel back together when I arrived but wires were left hanging, my HVAC was in the passenger seat, the inside flooded and my door frame was busted. Aside feeling less than a customer not once, it happened again after this incident occurred. I was contacted once in regards to this situation and attempted return communication twice to be again dismissed. I continue to make my monthly car payment through Buckeye Financial, in house financing, which will terminate in two months, along with the cost of unfinished repairs. To those whom I speak with speak to me in short and monotone. I was treated exceptional during the car buying process on every occasion I chose to purchase from this dealer. When this situation arose, I was simply something scraped off the bottom of their shoe. I much prefer to be treated like a customer instead of paycheck. More
