The best experience that I've had buying a car. Last week, I purchased my first Jeep - a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After searching for two or three weeks, I came across one that fit what I was searc Last week, I purchased my first Jeep - a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After searching for two or three weeks, I came across one that fit what I was searching for at Wally Armour. I inquired online and nearly immediately got a response from Wally B. Armour. Hands down, Wally was the best car salesman I've dealt with - not because he's good at what he does, but he is respectful, honest, detailed, positive, responsive, and goes over the top to make sure everything works out. Wally and I communicated several times over the course of a week. Wally made me want to work with him. He was exceptional! I drove nearly 7 hours roundtrip to purchase a new Grand Cherokee from Wally. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and the paperwork was already ready for my signature. Every detail was exactly as described via phone and e-mail. Within 20 minutes, my trade was accepted, papers were signed and I was able to be on my way back home. I'd Do It Again I've never bought a vehicle new off of a car lot so it was way more tedious then i expected, but I still enjoyed the experience. Josh was with me thro I've never bought a vehicle new off of a car lot so it was way more tedious then i expected, but I still enjoyed the experience. Josh was with me through everything from; searching for a local vehicle to ordering the one I purchased, inspecting it with me and explaining to me how all of the bells and whistles worked. From my down payment up to the point he showed me how to bluetooth my phone to the radio I had a ball. I was even more excited when their finance department managed to get me a better rate then my bank had offered me. I'm loving the Durango. I would choose to buy a vehicle from Wally Armour over using the "self checkout" at WalMart any day. More
