Walls Ford responded

As a free service to our customers, checking and topping of fluids is part of a free multi-point inspection we perform on all vehicles in for service. If the brake fluid was missed, we sincerely apologize. Regarding the tire pressure, with the temperatures fluctuating as much as they do in New England, this can happen on occasion. We set the pressures according to the specs for each vehicle and they are double checked upon departure. For the light to come on days later means that the issue occurred after leaving - and may even have been a result of the cold temperatures. Had the tires been low when leaving the dealership, the light would have been on. Any road test of more than 10 miles is done by the Service Manager (who is part of the Ownership team). Vehicles are not driven hard to duplicate any concern. Every car is treated as a top priority in our department, and we take pride in the work we perform. If you feel that these items were missed, we apologize and will work harder to ensure that doesn't happen again. -- Bryan Wall Wall's Ford
