Hats off to an Excellent Service Person I had an almost impossible issue with my Lincoln Town Car, but once Derek Roy got involved, it got solved. Outstanding Service I have been buying Ford products from Wall's Ford for more years than I remember as my father did back in his day. Every one of the vehicles were 100% I have been buying Ford products from Wall's Ford for more years than I remember as my father did back in his day. Every one of the vehicles were 100% serviced and maintained by Walls Ford while I owned them, some over 200,000 miles without a major problem. The service team from the front desk and certified mechanics to the cashier are always fast and courteous and the quality of their work always exceeds my expectations. I have been very fortunate to be on a first name basis with Derek Roy in their service department (although he will only address me as Mr. Robidoux) and I trust his service recommendations without questions. I sincerely wish the Walls Ford team continued success. More

Great Service as always! We have been Wall's customers for a very long time. We have leased and purchased cars and have always had our service done at Walls.
