The Walls Ford service dept. came highly recommended, I am a single senior lady who was looking for a place I could trust and get me safely on the roa The Walls Ford service dept. came highly recommended, I am a single senior lady who was looking for a place I could trust and get me safely on the road to return home in my new F250. Shawn the service manager and Adam the tech. manager made me feel like they would look out for me and went the extra mile. They were respectful, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Service department to anyone. They are organized and professional. I cannot thank them enough. More

Very helpful I brought two of my work trucks and my wife's vehicle all to Walls Ford within a matter of 2 weeks. Recall Notice Came in for a manufacturer recall on airbag inflator. Sean was very accommodating, showed me to a customer lounge to wait. He said it shouldn't take longer then an hour, was done in 30 minutes! Also checked battery I was having an issue with. More

Great Service with Minimal Wait We stopped by on the spur of the moment in order to get the oil changed (a bit over the interval). We happened to be in the area when we recognized th We stopped by on the spur of the moment in order to get the oil changed (a bit over the interval). We happened to be in the area when we recognized the need. Stopped by and were in and out with not only the oil changed but a tire rotation as well, in under an hour. We've been using Walls for nearly ten years and are very satisfied with their service!!! More
