Bringing in my Ford250 Superduty several years ago for service I first met Sean. He has always been professional, courteous, efficient and clearly explains to me what maintenance my truck needs. In fa service I first met Sean. He has always been professional, courteous, efficient and clearly explains to me what maintenance my truck needs. In fact, when I call to schedule an appointment he recognizes my voice. I have often been a victim of ageism in business establishments. Those of us women over 65 are often invisible, last to receive service, attention, or the respect our intelligence and experience deserve. Whether Sean is helping me or another customer, my observations remain the same. I don’t always see this with other employees there. More

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the service department. On Saturday afternoon (Feb. 26) I ran into a slight problem with my hood release latch not working.. Not knowing that the service departm department. On Saturday afternoon (Feb. 26) I ran into a slight problem with my hood release latch not working.. Not knowing that the service department would still be open at 3PM I called and was told to come right over. Sean met me outside and resolved the problem in a few minutes. He then double checked to make sure my hood latch was working perfectly. Such a relief. I have never, ever had a problem at Walls Ford ! Customer service is prime for them. Thank You !! More

Walls Ford service and customer care is head and shoulders above the competition. They know exactly what I need for my cars and when I need it. How they can continually deliver 5 star quality serv shoulders above the competition. They know exactly what I need for my cars and when I need it. How they can continually deliver 5 star quality service as affordable as they do is beyond me but clearly their secret ingredient to a highly successful recipie for busness. No secrect is they treat their customers like family, keeping a loyal customer base. Count me as part of that base. I highly recommend being part of their rewards program as soon as you can. They have earned my business, again! More
