Steve was amazing with his customer service. He kept me informed of what was needed and when the parts would be in. After completion of the job, I had a totally unrelated problem with the radio He kept me informed of what was needed and when the parts would be in. After completion of the job, I had a totally unrelated problem with the radio. Despite it being close to the end of the day, Steve took the time to come out to my vehicle and reset the blue tooth system. 100% customer service. More

I spoke w Mike in service the other day, ordering an item that Whitaker two months to get in. He said, let me make a call…. He did, next thing I know, he got the part for the very next day!! I came in to have my spark plugs changed but Derek noticed a problem with my steering column. It would have been an expensive repair but Derek was able to address the problem with an easy remedy and noticed a problem with my steering column.
