My 2008 Lincoln MKZ with fewer than 70,000 miles, check engine light went on and I went to a local mechanic to get a diagnostic reading for free. I was told that I needed expensive repairs. I called Wall engine light went on and I went to a local mechanic to get a diagnostic reading for free. I was told that I needed expensive repairs. I called Walls Ford in Salisbury MA and spoke to the manager who informed me that these things were like light bulbs, either they work or they didn't. Some just burn out ( really expensive light bulb). When I went for the $100 diagnostic, the service manager, Eric was snarky and actually smirked when he told me that the repairs were going to cost thousands. He was going to let the Lincoln Customer Service know the situation. He did not share his findings with me. I was informed by the Lincoln customer service that I need another $1,100 in diagnostic tests and the engine most likely needed to be replaced. Lincoln customer service told me to get the car repaired and then they would decide what they could do for us. We couldn't afford the repairs, so we got rid of the car for $3000 less than book value. I was told by the Nissan Dealership that the entire engine was shot. Very poor service on a very expensive car with little support from anyone. We spend a lot on the car because we were told it was a great car with a good track record. The only way this would have worked is if we could keep it for years. We lost our shirt. I consider it another corporate donation to FORD. More
I bought my Ford at a different dealer because I lived in a different town. Then I moved here and had an oil change at Walls and everything was fine. But then I needed an inspection sticker and I have always a different town. Then I moved here and had an oil change at Walls and everything was fine. But then I needed an inspection sticker and I have always got them at a dealer. It's always been a quick easy thing at every other dealer. At Walls they refused to do an inspection on my 2 year old Ford Escape unless I get other services done at the same time! What? I have never had to do that any other Ford dealer or any dealer for that matter. Needless to say I've never been back to Walls. I switched to the next closest Ford dealer. It's an extra 10 minute drive but I won't go back to Walls. More
I kept passing by Wall's Ford and checking out 2 Ford Fiesta's as I would drive by. Finally on a Saturday I stopped in just to really check them out. The one I liked best was actually still in the lot, just moved elswhere. Kate greeted myself and my 2 son's and showed us all the specifics in and out of the car. I gave it a few days to digest whether I wanted to have car payments again. 3 days later I owned the car. Joe did his best at getting me a payment I could afford and Kate went over every detail of the car. When I went in 2 days later to pick up my registration Joe and Kate said how happy I looked owning this car that I realy wanted. I told them both that it is the "Best Divorce Present I could have bought myself" I love my new Candy Red Fiesta. I wouldn't think twice about doing business with them again. Thank you so much!! Recently purchased a used 2009 Ford Focus from the dealership. Dealer gave me what i needed for a trade with a discount on the car i was purchasing. They also got me financed at a lower rate (2.9%) th dealership. Dealer gave me what i needed for a trade with a discount on the car i was purchasing. They also got me financed at a lower rate (2.9%) than what my credit union could offer me. The day i picked up the car it was prestine, the detail was excellent, and car waxed and spotless. Everything as far as paperwork was done by the dealer, i just needed to show up sign and drive away. This is the second vehicle i purchased from Walls Ford and the first vehicle was just as pleasent of an experience. Including the two vehicles i bought from the dealer, my family has purchased 15 vehicles total from Wall's Dealership. I wouldnt buy a Ford anywhere else, i dont think i'll be going to any other vehicle brands either now that i have two fords. Thanks again guys! -Jonathan More
These guys are great. Bought a new F150 in 2010, but wasn't the right vehicle for me - came back to the dealership and was very pleasantly surprised and the attention and service. Awesome place! I was working with Chris a few weeks ago and finally settled on a new Focus. The overall atmosphere is MUCH friendlier than other dealerships I've been to and the salesmen were more like fri and finally settled on a new Focus. OK WENT TO WALLS FORD JUST TO HAVE OUR 2005 MARINER FIXED WHILE THEY WERE FIXING IT JUST STARTED LOOKING AROUND FOR ANY NEWER MARINERS THEY HAD ONE WIFE SAID LETS TRY TO BUY IT I STILL OWED PLEANTY ON 05 ONE WHILE THEY WERE FIXING IT JUST STARTED LOOKING AROUND FOR ANY NEWER MARINERS THEY HAD ONE WIFE SAID LETS TRY TO BUY IT I STILL OWED PLEANTY ON 05 ONE. HAD NO MONY TO PUT DOWN THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO MAKE IT HAPPEN WE BOUGHT IT AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING THEY WERE GREAT REALLY THATS IT BOB KELLEY. More
