I just purchased a New 2015 Ford Escape and this place is by far the BEST dealership in the area! It is conveniently located right off 95 in Salisbury. Kudos to Greg and Heather for their professionalism and great customer service. Kudos to Wall's Ford for providing a "no hassle, no pressure and honest deal" experience! The competitors in this area just do not understand the customer like Wall's Ford. Mr. Wall even shook my hand, thanking me for the business! I have yet to experience their service department, having a new SUV. I am hoping that their service quality will match their customer service when I need it. More

They worked tirelessly with the bank to give me a monthly payment I could afford. I was skeptical that I would ever be approved but they made it happen. I had visited other dealerships around Newburyport, MA and was basically laughed at once my credit had been checked. Besides that all of the people I worked with were simply lovely. They treated me like one of the family and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. I even met Mr. Wall himself! I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. They are kind and caring and understand that being able to lease a vehicle can make all the difference in a person's life. More

Very Friendly, Low Pressure I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from John Byrd, and he was great!! Very honest and up front, but also a funny and laid back kinda guy. Even though I wa I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from John Byrd, and he was great!! Very honest and up front, but also a funny and laid back kinda guy. Even though I was trading in my Taurus with 232,000 miles on it. John was honest in saying it was rejected by his manager for trade in, but he offered me an additional discount off the car as a courtesy. (Which was great!) We dealt with Heather for the financing, and I can't say enough about her warm and laid back style. She was a pleasure to deal with! Everything went super smooth. I actually realized later that their was a small issue with the wipers, and John didn't hesitate to setup service to replace it for free! This is something alot of dealers lack, and that's customer service after the sale! I WILL be buying my next car from Wall's for sure. More
