My new Ruby Red Focus Went in to have my 2012 Focus serviced and ended up buying a 2015 Ruby Red Focus. Had no intention when I went in. While waiting, Stan Wojtes approa Went in to have my 2012 Focus serviced and ended up buying a 2015 Ruby Red Focus. Had no intention when I went in. While waiting, Stan Wojtes approached me. I inquired about the new Focus. He took me to look at them, and there it was. Stan sat with me and gave me a deal I couldn't resist. No pressure, just good information. He answered all my questions in a very professional way. It just happened my son was in the area. Because I am a widow, I wanted my son involved. He stopped by,. Stan gave him all the info. Great Experience My Fiance and I were looking for a specific vehicle for a second car. We happened to be in the area and saw that they the car model we were looking fo My Fiance and I were looking for a specific vehicle for a second car. We happened to be in the area and saw that they the car model we were looking for, so we ended up stopping in. We viewed the car which was priced lower then what we were looking to spend for a used car and it had many more options. To be clear we had previously been denied financing through another dealership so we were a little worried in our shopping, since we didn't want to be disappointed again. We looked at the car and immediately knew that was the car we were looking for, we dealt with Aaron and he provided the information we wanted and instead of pushing the sale, he said that we should go drive it to lunch and think about it. There was no pushiness, so we decided to just take it for a spin, we were even more impressed. We got back and talked to Aaron and explained our credit situation and he assured us he could make it work. We ended up getting approved quickly and soon were filling out the paperwork, which went quick as well. After having the car for a little bit we found some issues, which they quickly resolved, with no issues whatsoever. The customer service we experienced with there service department, especially with Steven, was way above what we were expecting. Then when we had a problem with the transmission, its a mini cooper they have problems with that, they sent it to the local mini dealership to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and the repair, they even gave us a free rental car! I would highly recommend dealing with this business, they are honest, and go above and beyond to make sure your are happy with your purchase. If your are looking for a ford or a used car I recommend dealing with Aaron, or if you need service, be sure to give Steven a call. Thanks again Walls, I will definitely come back when looking to upgrade our first car. More
