Working with Chris and Mary was a great experience for us. I never felt like I was getting the run around like you get at some dealerships. Chris was very patient with our many questions about several vehicle we were considering. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought and was quick to locate the exact car we wanted. He was also quick to return a call or an email which is very important to me. Mary was extremely competent and took the time to explain in plain terms everything that i was signing. She did not harass me into getting all the extra protection that can raise the rice of a vehicle by hundreds of dollars. Instead, she asked what was important to me and helped to navigate all the paperwork with ease. We also go a great deal thanks to Mary and her team. The staff at this dealership couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. It was a real pleasure dealing with the true professionals at Wallingford Buick GMC. I would highly recommend this dealer and will buy from them again. More
I was hesitant to make an inquiry with this dealership because of my previous experience with the same model car 3 years earlier in a different state. I loved the vehicle but it was above my price point. However I took a chance and I am thrilled that I did. I was treated with respect and given prompt information. The salesperson, Gene Baron did everything he could to get me a fair price and in the end, a fantastic deal! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. A couple other sales staff/managers reached out to me as well during the process to make sure my questions were being answered and did their best to facilitate this deal. I went there not really knowing what I wanted but I knew what I wanted in a car. Larry Perry, God Bless him, was so patient to help me out. I must have changed my mind at least three times. I went home and changed my mind once again. Mary had called me the next day to set up a time to do paperwork and I said to hold off. I went to other dealers to see what I might find but I didn't find a car with all that I wanted that I could afford. Larry contacted me and told me about a car he thought I might be interested. I went back and checked out this car he wanted me to see. No one was pushy. They didn't seem to care that I couldn't make up my mind. I ended up picking a nissan with doubts about ..how can I manage all these buttons. Larry sat with me for over an hour, making sure that I knew everything about the car BEFORE I signed papers. Mary was very helpful , getting me a good rate . God all the paperwork! I left there feeling good about the whole day. Thank you Wallingford Buick.. You have me as a steady customer. More
