Going through the process of buying a car has always been a nightmare for me.....without fail in the past I have been confident I would be fully taken advantage of/and or ripped off. When I became familiar with Wallingford GMC Buick through the internet,the car buying process changed completely with the professional and knowledgeable assistance of Tim Roy. I have always been a "car person" so with this I know what car I want. When I started the process with Tim Roy, I was emailing him back and forth about my wishes, and I could tell immediately my his emails alone that he was very professional, knew what he was talking about, but MOST importantly he was listening to me and my requirements. He was NOT trying to sell me on a vehicle that would best serve the interest of the dealership. As such, I have driven several miles from my home town to Wallingford and with Tim's assistance and the very professional assistance of Mary Chambers in financing I now have a new 2012 GMC Acadia which I absolutely love. As a result of this experience, I continue to drive the distance to have my car serviced at Wallingford GMC Buick and have been equally pleased with Craig, Bryan and Don making my drive fully worth the trip. At this point based on my experiences, particularly with Tim Roy who I now consider a friend, I am working with him to find a very specific used vehicle for my daughter. I have complete faith in him that he will make my daughter happy with her long wish list while keeping her safe in the car of her wishes. Thank you Tim and your great colleagues! More

I was hesitant to make an inquiry with this dealership because of my previous experience with the same model car 3 years earlier in a different state. The salesperson, Gene Baron did everything he could to get me a fair price and in the end, a fantastic deal! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. A couple other sales staff/managers reached out to me as well during the process to make sure my questions were being answered and did their best to facilitate this deal.
