It was a pleasure dealing with your staff at Wallingford Buick Dealership. My husband and I were truly surprised to find ourselves shopping for a truck and no one was following us or hassling us as we have Buick Dealership. We found what we were looking for and decided to buy. The satff was very experinced and respectful. Mary Chambers was really helpful and assisted with getting the best value for our money. Tim has a beautiful personality and was very good at his job. Chris was very patient with all of my husband's questions and took his time to show him all the features in the truck. I went there not really knowing what I wanted but I knew what I wanted in a car. Larry Perry, God Bless him, was so patient to help me out. I must have changed my mind at least three times. I went home and changed my mind once again. Mary had called me the next day to set up a time to do paperwork and I said to hold off. I went to other dealers to see what I might find but I didn't find a car with all that I wanted that I could afford. Larry contacted me and told me about a car he thought I might be interested. I went back and checked out this car he wanted me to see. No one was pushy. They didn't seem to care that I couldn't make up my mind. I ended up picking a nissan with doubts about ..how can I manage all these buttons. Larry sat with me for over an hour, making sure that I knew everything about the car BEFORE I signed papers. Mary was very helpful , getting me a good rate . God all the paperwork! I left there feeling good about the whole day. Thank you Wallingford Buick.. You have me as a steady customer. More
I've never dealt with this dealership before and the last time I purchased a vehicle, it was a horrible experience. This time, from dealing with Tim via phone and email, to walking into the showroom an last time I purchased a vehicle, it was a horrible experience. I never felt pressured and they all worked to get me into the vehicle of my dreams - 2013 GMC Acadia!! I love the vehicle and would definitely recommend Wallingford Buick GMC to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. Frank went over every feature of the vehicle and Mary worked diligently to get me the payments that I needed. All pricing, discounts and trade were transparent. I felt very comfortable completing the transaction. I plan to enjoy my new Acadia and plan to continue business with this dealership. More
Our experience was wonderful at Wallingford GMC! We did not plan on purchasing immediately and explained that to our salesman which in return did not put any pressure on us. I purchased a used 2008 GMC Sierra 1500. I was told that the vehicle was put through the toughest certified checklist in the industry. I looked at the checklist and immediately found inaccurate checkmarks. the vehicle was put through the toughest certified checklist in the industry. I looked at the checklist and immediately found inaccurate checkmarks. First, the vehicle had a headlight out, yet on the checklist it stated that headlights were working. The backdoor lock did not work... the actuator was broken, yet on the checklist it stated doorlocks were working perfectly... hmmmmmm. Should have known at that point to walk away. Over the year that I owned the vehicle I noticed that every 3000 miles the truck would be out of oil... yes, out of oil. I brought the truck in immediately and on the checklist... you guessed it "oil level was check as Okay". When I got home and checked the dipstick, there was no oil in the truck again! The service manager told me "that is normal oil consumption for these trucks". What am I an idiot? Sold the truck and will not never return!!! More
