Somewhat perplexed that service to a loyal returning customer is not given the service discount. I have had this vehicle serviced at WBGMC many many many times. At checkout / payment, I was asked if customer is not given the service discount. I have had this vehicle serviced at WBGMC many many many times. At checkout / payment, I was asked if I had the coupon ? I was not aware of the discount service. Why wouldn't a dealership give a returning customer ( About 15 prior services at WBGMC ). Why doesn't WBGMC reward returning customers ??? More
