Richie was a great salesperson -- easygoing and informative. I didn't get the feeling that I "had to" buy the car or that Richie was being in any way dishonest or disingenuous, which was my experi informative. I had gotten a call from Bob asking if I wanted to upgrade our GMC Terrain to 2013 model and still have the same monthly payment. I was skeptical at first because the new models are much more expensiv upgrade our GMC Terrain to 2013 model and still have the same monthly payment. I was skeptical at first because the new models are much more expensive than the 2011 model we have. I left there the same day with a 2013 model with the same monthly payment we had. The more important part is tat we never were pushed into something we didn't want or to make a deal we weren't comfortable with. My conditions were clear and they made it happen.
