I didn't get the feeling that I "had to" buy the car or that Richie was being in any way dishonest or disingenuous, which was my experi informative. The pricing department was willing to come down from the sticker price a bit, which was a nice change from the previous dealerships I'd dealt with, all of whom said their price was "rock-bottom" and refused to come down.
