Our total experience at GMC was very good. After visiting several difference dealerships (Jeep, Chevrolet, etc...) and meeting many different sales men, we enjoyed working with Lawrence Perry more t visiting several difference dealerships (Jeep, Chevrolet, etc...) and meeting many different sales men, we enjoyed working with Lawrence Perry more than any other sales person we met with. Lawrence always made us feel like a valued customer. We can tell how hard he was working over the course of the few weeks, as he was determined to get the pricing down to what met our budget, so we were able to lease our new vehicle. His call backs were not the "typical" car dealership call backs. He called each time with better news, a lower lease payment, until finally he was able to meet our needs. I appreciated the motivation he displayed in his job, which we were really able to feel in our purchasing experience. I would definitely recommend Wallingford GMC to people in the future but more importantly I would tell people to go see Lawrence Perry! More
I contacted Wallingford Buick-GMC back in June inquiring about the 2014 GMC Sierra which was scarce among the dealers in the area, as the truck was just released. Within two days, Chris Brosnan called me a about the 2014 GMC Sierra which was scarce among the dealers in the area, as the truck was just released. Within two days, Chris Brosnan called me and said that they would have a Sierra in a day or so. We scheduled an appointment and took a test drive. I gave Chris my build sheet from GMC’s website he went through it, adding other options/packages, which actually saved me money but gave me nicer rims and other interior options. Chris ordered the truck for me and my wait began. Two weeks after the order, I realized that GMC had changed the default rear end from a 3.42 to 3.08 ratio for fuel economy, unbeknownst to all of us, changing the tow capability to a weight too low for my needs. I contacted Chris informing him of the problem. Chris and the sales manager, Larry, contacted GM about the problem and were able to make the change within a few days, something I never thought possible. As I waited for the truck to arrive, Chris and I had contact with one another every few weeks with status updates until the truck finally arrived. When I went to finalize everything, Chris went above and beyond making sure I was happy with the order. I decided to finance the truck through Mary, who was able to beat my credit union rates, which no other dealer has ever been able to beat with all of my other vehicle purchases. In conclusion, I recommend Wallingford Buick-GMC and Chris Brosnan to anyone. I look forward to my next purchase with them. More

Good experience, everyone was very accommodating, as a first time new car buyer, I was pleased with the experience. I had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted/needed when I walked through the door here, I just knew I could no longer keep my pick up truck because it was way to small to fit my growing child and all that co walked through the door here, I just knew I could no longer keep my pick up truck because it was way to small to fit my growing child and all that comes along with us each time we got in it! Bob not only treated me like I was his own daughter, but he also sat there listening to every concern and need I had for almost 3 hours! During the test drives he showed me all of the cars different features and explained the differences between all of them. Bob was so thoughtful to go through this process step by step with me, with extreme patience at the same time because I knew not one thing of purchasing a vehicle. Never once did Bob make me feel like I was foolish to ask any of my questions. I left 4 days later with a new, very spacious, vehicle thanks to Bob! I would recommend anyone who mentioned purchasing a vehicle to go see Bob, they would be a fool not to! Now Mary was the woman behind the scenes, and without her I would never have this vehicle! Mary found the bank for my loan, and most importantly filled out all the paperwork! Not to mentioned, she answered every one of my questions over the phone and returned any missed call as well within 20 minutes. Mary is an extremely busy woman, but always has a smile on her face. You can tell she loves her job and really enjoys helping others, even with all the paperwork! It was a true pleasure doing business here and I will absolutely be back when the time comes for a new vehicle! More

Whether is was returning text msgs immediately or answering cell phone calls after hours, Bob made the entire experience easy. Bob went as far as coming in on his day off to make sure that he could accommodate my work schedule when I took deliver of the truck. I am recommending Bob to all my friends, family and co-workers! He has worked for the company for about 40 years and this really eased me into knowing I was working with someone who was knowledgeable and dedicated. He was the reason why I decided to purchase a vehicle from Wallingford GMC. It is hard to find someone who genuinely cares about their job and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. His goal was to make sure that I was satisfied and that the whole process flowed smoothly. If anyone asks me about purchasing a vehicle I would tell them to personally contact Chris Brosnan.
