Bob not only treated me like I was his own daughter, but he also sat there listening to every concern and need I had for almost 3 hours! During the test drives he showed me all of the cars different features and explained the differences between all of them. Bob was so thoughtful to go through this process step by step with me, with extreme patience at the same time because I knew not one thing of purchasing a vehicle. Never once did Bob make me feel like I was foolish to ask any of my questions. I left 4 days later with a new, very spacious, vehicle thanks to Bob! I would recommend anyone who mentioned purchasing a vehicle to go see Bob, they would be a fool not to! Now Mary was the woman behind the scenes, and without her I would never have this vehicle! Mary found the bank for my loan, and most importantly filled out all the paperwork! Chris Brosnan got back to within the hour and communicated with me better than I could imagine (and better than all the ot dealer via their website. Chris and Mary answered my finance questions before I came down to assist in speeding up the process. Took the 2hr+ drive to the dealership, was greeted in a friendly and prompt matter. Bob jumped right in to go on the test drive with me while Chris finished up with a customer. Bob gave plenty of knowledge of the product with both vehicles I test drove and was very friendly, he knows the product well. Spent some time with Chris talking about the car and the purchase. Chris went above and beyond with the entire transaction, he is very knowledgeable of the product and his professionalism it top notch. Mary and Tom both assisted one another crunching the numbers and explaining various warranty options and getting all the paperwork in line. Chris took care of the insurance and made it possible for me to bring the vehicle home that day. Before I left, Chris spent 20 minutes in the car explaining all the electronic options and how they work.
