They fixed my car quickly and did a great job. When a road test revealed a new problem, they fixed that too, heading off an additional visit. The reason I would recommend GMC Wallingford to everyone is truly the quality of people they have working there. They care about making sure the customer experience is a good one, and they go out of their way -- every day -- to do this. I can't say enough about Jeff and Don, and I'm sure many others who work there are also great. These folks are true professionals who make you feel confident that there is nowhere... absolutely nowhere... that you could receive better service. So far I have had two experiences with this dealership and my 2011 GMC Terrain. The first issue was a warranty issue where my wife was driving the car and it stalled out. The next issue that I had was a recall which they as I understand it required a fair amount of work. I was provided with a rental car for the day and the car was ready the next day as they had expected. The service associates are so nice and helpful it was an excellent experience. More

The Buick Verano was delivered when promised. Gene Baron was always in contact with me letting me know what point we were at during the sale.
