I purchased my used 2012 GMC on December 28,2013. There were a few items on the "we owe" that we're promised at the time of trade. I picked up my vehicle the following day, no items were addressed. I was told to bring truck back the following week. I brought it back, just to get it 3 days later in the same condition. I was told to bring it back the following week and that the issues would be resolved. This is my 4th trip after I purchased my truck. The work was completed. After over 2 months of driving my family to school and work, I found that there was no insurance card in my paperwork. I called my insurance co. and they never received a call to transfer to new vehicle. I had been driving without insurance all that time. I called the dealership and was told that the salesman,Nasir, was supposed to call it in, and they were sorry. This buying experience was completely fustrating and stressful. I had to rent a vehicle while my truck was being taken care of (service didn't allow me a loaner even after 2nd unproductive visit) I'm thankful nothing happened with me or my family while driving this vehicle uninsured! More
Less than 6 months ago I purchased a new Ford Edge. Unfortunately, it just didn't turn out to be the right car for me. After doing my research, I knew I wanted the GMAC Acadia. I pasted up going to two GMC dealerships closer to my residence. One in particular because of previous experiences with the sales team. I could not have been happier with my experience with Wallingford GMC and dealing with Lawrence Perry. Lawrence was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Trading in a less then 6 month old vehicle was a bold move for me but Lawrence made it a very positive experience with no pressure. I did the right thing. I have only had my Acadia for one week but I can honestly say I love it. My only regret is that I didn't go to Wallingford Buick/GMC 6 months ago. More

My husband and I came to your dealership to purchase a used Durango. I had my previous Durango for 9 years and loved it. However, as we talked about the car I came in to look at and what it was that I w used Durango. I had my previous Durango for 9 years and loved it. However, as we talked about the car I came in to look at and what it was that I was interested in, Larry started talking about the GMC Acadia. The options in the car, specifically the 2nd row captains chairs, seemed to be a better fit for two large teenage boys. It was his approach to the sale that won it. He was informative without being too aggressive, took the time to explain all the features in detail, and listened to what we were really looking for. I would not have driven back 3 times from Simsbury if it were another Sales guy and ultimately would have purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Thank you Wallingford Buick GMC! More
Since 2010, I have been interested in the GMC Terrain, and finally needed something with AWD upon moving up to Connecticut. The sales associates showed a great knowledge of their vehicles and an interest and finally needed something with AWD upon moving up to Connecticut. The sales associates showed a great knowledge of their vehicles and an interest in me, the customer, getting what I came for. It took a couple visits to get the price of my vehicle down to a reasonable price, but I have not stopped loving my 2011 Terrain. The dealership seemed understaffed the two days I made it in, which meant waiting for quite a while to get business taken care of. I would like to see faster costumer service times improving. More
This is the second car I have purchased at Wallingford Buick GMC. The staff in all the departments are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We took the one hour drive from the Springfield,MA area to the dealership,and I can tell you it was well worth the trip. We were greated by our salesman Richie who was very friendly and knowledgable. He took us on a test drive of a 2014 Terrain, and we fell in love with it. Richie answered all our questions, and made us feel very at ease, as we had never ventured a purchase of a GMC product,or a lease agreement. In a matter of a short time my wife and I knew we would be doing business with this dealership, and in particular this salesman. Our next contact was Mary in the finance department. She also was very friendly,knowledgable and patient as we negotiated the best possible deal. She made the transition from a CT purchase to a MA registration seamless. We returned to the dealership the following weekend to take delivery of our new vehicle. Dan was the salesman who walked us through al the features and was extremely patient with us older folks who are not so "techie" we never felt rushed or that he had other things to do. It is very evident to us that the staff we encountered on our 2 visits are very confident in the products they represent and know the meaning of professionalism and excellent customer service. We truly enjoy driving our Terrain,and wouldn't change one thing about our entire experience. Kudos to all you for a job well done,we certainly will be return customers! More

I am wary of the "salesman" type of dealers. The whole crew put my mind at ease. They were attentive to my needs, touching base when needed but not "annoying" as many are. I didn't feel like i was buying a car from a game show host like you do at other dealerships. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what they had on the lot. No nonsense, no hard sell, just the facts. It was refreshing. Richie and Tim made the process easy. They went above and beyond to get me into the new car that day - I pulled out of the dealership in the new Acadia after 6pm on New Years Eve (even though they "closed" at 5pm). Thanks to the sales staff for making the best of a bad situation. More
