The process of buying a car, to me, is We just purchased a 2014Acadia Denali from Richie Goydon, our second one from Mr. Goydon and Wallingford GMC. The process of buying a car, to me, is annoying. Sitting in a dealership for 2 hours playing a waiting game while someone looks at your trade and then dancing the two step on prices until an agreement is reached is painful. I know not all of that can be avoided, but with Wallingford GMC and Mr. Goydon the transaction and directness in which the process was handled was very much appreciated. No games. I did my homework ahead of time, and went at it by defining my needs and wants, and what they could do, and settled it in 30 minutes. Painless. The deal was fair, the trade in on my car was above market and we both walked away happy. The delivery was next day, the shop had the car ready, Mary Chambers in finance had her piece together and again, I was in an out in a snap. Now, getting through the process is what is important to me, the time and effort these folks are willing to put in to win business is there, even after the sale offering to program this or that. I just like doing business with this dealership. I think the trick is understanding what a customer is after is key, critical in fact, and they listen rather than talk at you. I've been through a lot of cars over the years and would genuinely and confidently recommend Richie Goydon and the team at Wallingford GMC if your in the market for a car. More
